Well, it has "Cat" in the title anyway.
I'm not under the misconception that this is a particularly great photo, but once in a very great while the wildlife comes to you (as opposed to you seeking out the wildlife), and this was one such time... One day this otter brought one very large catfish it had caught up to the shore of the little lake behind my house, and proceeded to have a feast. How very convenient for me, the photographer! Canon EOS-D30, ISO 100, Canon 100-400 zoom @ 400mm, f/6.3, 1/500, subject distance 16.5 meters. -Noel |
