Every year for new years theres a mummers parade and contest in philadelphia. Theres many different clubs and stringbands dressed in incredibly colored and decorated costumes which march and perform all the way up broad st. before they stop in front of cityhall to perform a grand finally 4 minute show for the judges. Some of you have probably seen this on t.v. Ill just say that t.v does this show absolutley no justice I have quite a few friends in a few of these clubs and was invited last night for a final march (just for fun) down 2nd st in south philadelphia. I grabbed my camera and shot about 100 images, some intentionally blurred with longer exposures and some not. This one here i liked the movement along with the young buck looking on in the bg. A couple hot spots but this was expected due to flash and exposure time. Thanks for looking everyone, comments welcome. Robert........ 10d tripod 28/90mm 2 or 3 seconds Robert Hasty
