My new Viewsonic comes with instructions to avoid cleaners with ammonia or alcohol, eliminating much of what's on the market. Can anyone recommend a good ammonia-free, alcohol-free product?

Basically any mild detergent or just plain water without amonia is OK. The reason you don't want amonia is because it yellows plastic.

Soft lint free cloth moistened with water or a very mild detergent without amonia or alcohol.

Apple makes a very nice cleaning kit for the Cinema Monitors. No big deal just two packets one wet one dry. Very convenient.

Cliff, I use MiraChem LCD Computer Screen Cleaner. It contains neither ammonia, alcohol or vinegar.
