After looking at the prior image I posted I saw that a tighter crop and a bit more work with levels could make this a bit better. What do you think?

It does, and makes for my argument that he needs a little filling on the right canine tooth.

I like this crop better for sure! Nice one.

But the post processing makes it seem a bit harsh. (Too much contrast and perhaps over-sharpened.) I think the processing needs to be somewhere between the first one and this.

Missed the first but really like this. Definitely needs work on maybe on both the top canines, as well as a cleaning for all. Definitely one for Dr. Steve though!
