I was wondering how to change the font size and make fonts bold in the Profile page?

In your profile page, to the left of your signiture box, there is
HTM is on/off
BBCode on/off
Smileys on/off

If you click the BBCode, it will bring up a help page that shows you how to make changes you are looking for. 8)
