Glossy and Matte, very rarely i want to do Canvas or luster but why not if available features.

If you are going to be switching back and forth between glossy and matte, then avoid the 4800. The 4800 can't hold both Photo and Matte black inks at the same time, so you will waste time, money, and energy swapping these two black inks back and forth.

With the 3800, the waste is minimal and you don't have to manually swap the inks yourself. But with the 3800 you give up roll paper support.

I heard there is professional version and normal version printers, what are the differences?
