Hi,
I'm not sure if it is a good forum but I need oponion about WebPhotShop http://www.cameras.com/ in Boston.

I mailed them few time but there is no answer. They have a lens that I'm looking for and I wonder I can trust them ( if the reply me:)

Personally, I feel that if a company doesn't have the courtesy to return an email especially when they list an email address, I don't think I would give them my business.

I agree but....

I will give them one more chance

I've always thought that I live in a part of the world where the businnes not always means the best CRM. Now I can see there are more places like that...

Sounds like someone lucked out grabbing the cameras.com domain but never got past builing it up to the level you have seen.
For online I would stay with the safe and recommended -- Adorama and BH
