Planning on upgrading my old Manual + P&S gear to better gear. Looking at a 10D, flash, and a couple of L lenses + some accessories.

On B&H website the total comes to just under the Max I want to spend. Do any of the retailers offer bulk purchase discounts? are there any secret buzz words to get lower prices? Any retailers who offer NSN members discounts?

I do know about the Canon rebates and potential savings of Gray lenses. Any other tips?

Or do I just bite the bullet and work my tush off to make it pay for itself?

I would call other places besides B&H. Allen's Camera in PA is very reputable and often beats B&H's prices. I know he is about $100 less on the price of the 10D. I have purchased a lot of stuff from him in the past.

I second the suggestion for Allen's--and thank Greg for posting the number as I was fumbling around my desk to look for it!
