I like the balance and general composition here. The tilt whether that's the way it was or not is a bit distractive and I'd be tempted to straighten the horizon.

Harvey, I think the horizon is OK. The tilt is the curve of the bridge going up to the center. It is disconcerting, but what do you do?

I like what Harvey did with the colour but I actually like that the orriginal makes me think for a second about whats going on.
