I just got my new D2H and I am trying to set it up to focus on closest subject as I din with both my D1h and D1X for flight shots. I cannot find a setting for this in any menu. Can anyone help me with this,

You need to use the AF area mode selector located on the back of the camera by the compact flash door release button. It should be the top position.
