Bromelliad

Took this image at the local greenhouse. I liked the way the light was falling on the flower. I was told it's name was 'Broemelliad', there was no tag on the plant.

All comments invited and thank you for looking.

Very nice light on this plant showing its wonderful color!
I like it as is, although I do wish that I could see the entire plant but you may have had to shoot it that way.
Shoot this again one day if you can and experimenting or varying your DOF. Many times you can come up with a very elegant looking shot if you can manage to get the background a tad more OOF.

Again, beautiful light and color with this one. Love it!!
