Any help with ID on this Damsel would be great. This was taken on West Clear Creek, Near Camp Verde, AZ
Any and all comments would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

No go on the ID, sorry.

What I would do, is crop it to a vertical pano so that the leftmost shadow is elimnated and some of the dark BG on the right is gone too. But that's me...:)

I really like the textures in the wings and the lichens. Fun to look at.

Excellent detail with wonderful light for this little guy! Love it!!
I think Wil's suggestion on a pano crop would pull my eyes in a little better and add some impact to the main subject.

And again, ............ Love it!
Keep on sending them!!

Good detail and exposure. You could do a bit of cropping on the peripheral elements and draw more attention to the damsel.

A very nice shot. PhotoShop CS' shadow and highlight tool can really open up the dark areas on this image. With a shadow setting of 25 and a highlight setting around 60 the image is more even toned and the damselfly really looks great.
I really like how you have held the focus from head to tail here.

The damsel fly looks tack sharp from top to bottom. I agree with the others about the slight cropping out of the left side. Great textures in the wings.
