Another great lichen shot! I like the large blotch of orange in the upper left -- it breaks up the rest of the field.

BTW, your hat's pretty cool too!

My favorite as well. I like having the orange patch as a focal point. The whole series has been very cool.

Another great shot in your series. I really like the texture and the 1/3 placement of the orange lichen.

I've loved all of your lichen shots, E.J. but I believe this one is my favorite so far. That large spot of sharply focused bright orange lichen really gives my eyes a starting point for exploration of the rest of the photo. Colors and textures are wonderful. :D
