Landing Osprey @ Bolsa Chica

It's Osprey season at Bolsa Chica again! I know many will object to the clipped wing-tip (and so do I), but I love the intensity of this image... naturally I have several other non-clipped images of this landing, but they're just not quite the right moment... oh well, next time. :wink:

Agree with your assessment Vince. This image is about the intense stare at the target perch and the extended talons. The clipped wing doesn't detract from any of that.

Sweet catch of this moment, I would consider cropping some off the top and left side to focus in on the action. The wingtip is no big deal in this one.
