Red-eyed vireo, shot in a CT forest this past spring.



Canon 1Dm2, 600mmf4 w/1.4x at ISO 320.
1/250th sec. at f7.1, flash w/ BB at -1/3.

I agree with the "excellent everything" comment. Really gives a good sense of these vireos, too, with a typical posture.

Good for you getting one down low enough to photograph! Good composition, colour, light and detail. The background really lets that red eye shine!
