Here's another bird found only in our islands, captured at Candaba Swamp, Central Luzon, Philippines. These ducks are very shy because of intense hunting pressure, and this shot was from more or less 70 meters and heavily cropped.
I was in a quandary whether to go portrait or landscape crop - in the end, I chose to go horizontal to show the water splash from the fore bird's take off. Would appreciate any comments or suggestions. 300D + Sigmonster (Sigma 300-800 DG), 800 mm, f/11, ISO 400, 1/800 sec Regards, Romy Romy Ocon
