Well, Chris had the same idea as me. This shot of a male Chestnut-sided warbler was taken the same day as the image of the American Redstart I posted a few days ago. These things breed like rabbits all over our property in northern WI, but can be very difficult to photograph, as they spend a lot of time moving around fast.
Nikon D2H, 200-400mm VR @ 400mm, f/7.6, 1/250s, ISO 200. This is a crop of the center 60% or so of the image. No flash, BTW, that is a natural catchlight. Jeff Lots of gear and an understanding wife
