I stumbled across this snowy I took at metrozoo last December. Not a thilling shot. But after I added the effects to it, it somehow came to life. Dunno if I like version 1 or 2....

I like it -- very 3-D. I prefer version 1, FWIW. The edge effect in 2 works OK but I'd like to see it eat less of the image.

I like version 2 Mike. As an alternate you may wish to experiment with alternative colors in those areas where you have white now.
Just havin' fun

Version 2 works for me, though both are really excellent images on beautiful bg color!

I wonder how #2 would look as in a vertical format.

Nice work!

Wow, no kidding it came to life. Gorgeous. My vote is with Lillian on number 1, though 2 is quite nice, it doesn't have the richness of the first and I miss the corner colors, especially on the right side.

Beautiful image, colours and effects Mike! Although I love them both, Image 2 just does it for me because its more distinctive as your own individual style and it seems to add an air of mystery not being able to see the whole BG as we can in image 1. :) 8) :D
