This is absolutely incredibly good Alfred.
Saturated colors add a lot and the bolt is just killer (no pun)

Let me guess this was all done in PI? 8)
You really got acquainted with it real fast, smart guy :P

Proud of you, my friend!!!!!!

:D Sounds like you have good company anyway Al. Love the warped effect on this and the touch of lightning. Spheres or whatever you used is doing some nice curved M8t. Pretty darn clever Alfred  Probably not as easy on a laptop, but I'll try. With the lightning effects opened and in the window which opens up, we can drag the ends of the lightning to where we want. Both the start and the end are active when we get the mouse over the ends of it. Theres also another active part at about half way through the lightning bolts as well. Very easy on a mouse, might be real hard on a laptop without a mouse though. But you have probably found out already, so just ignore me Al :D :D

Anyway, nice work and a good shot to start with M8t :) :)

I found the thumbnail confusing too! Nice concept on a sad subject. Wonderful colours.
