Parrot Walking Girl on the Beach

This image breathes Florida to me. I saw this parrot walking this girl one morning on Anna Maria Island last month. I was allowed to take some head shots of the parrot, one of which I posted a few weeks ago. I then took this shot as the two walked down the beach...with the 400mm telephoto...

I added some mystical lighting and graphic edges from AutoFX software which I just got and my favorite watercolor treatment.

Shot on EOS 1D Mark II with 400 5.6L

Sure, long lenses are nice...no one knows if I am aiming at a seagull or a parrot... :P

Whats interesting with your watercolour effects Mike, is that they are not over done. Some tend to bleed them too much if that makes sense. nice use M8t. The title is great BTW :D :wink: . That is one colourful parrot and this is a perspective shot Mike :wink:
