I was a good girl and started with a box, next think I knew, Liquify was in front of me asking to be used

You can find the original image here:

Rectangular selection to a blank canvas, constructed the box by pasting the same and distorting. Selected one feather and pasted it around a few times. Filled empty canvas with black, Liquify and Hue/Saturation.
All work done in PS.

Looks surreal and slightly menacing with that eye peeping out.

Great work flow is always what ever hits you first Fabs

and its worked. Very unusual to see mixed creams, Mike is right about it being Dali-ish M8tess. Just don't end up where he did ok

. Mind you, some of his best work came from there. Excellent use of effects and blending :)

Escher would have to be my favourite. He once said " If only you could see what I see in my dreams". The guy was a complete genuis....IMHO anyway.

The more I see this shot fab, the more that I think it should be printed on canvas and framed and place prominantly in a gallery. This is really good!
