So thinking of Hendrix after Mike mentioned it the other day. "Purple Haze". and the ant is beaming "Voodoo Chile".

The Dandelion reminded me of a natural plasma ball for some reason  , so that was the intention anyway.

A background of a Purple radial grad used, mixed in a coloured set of clouds. Placed in a Dandelion and added another selected purple grad to that with lightning effects. Then used a halo lighting from Xeonofex (Electrical).

Placed in a shot of an ant on a Carnation petal and more lighting effects to the antennas.

All the best art-a-holics :D

Danny.

I don't think that I have ever asked this of you Danny, nor do I think I have seen anyone else ask it.

What or who do you attribute you creativity to? Anyone or anything special? Does it run in the family too?
You have a super imagination, ........ and a wonderfully cool "whackiness" about your creations that really appeals to many.

So tell us dude, ............. to whom or what do you get it from?
(And don't say it is those occassional flashbacks to the induced 60's!)

Aww heck, thanks folks but just a clicker and nothing special here at all. In fact I'm fairly boring.

Michael M8t, has to be nature and what we get to see around us. Macro makes a totally different world happen and so many things remind me of others. No flash backs  , never used anything in my life except caffeine and nicotine. :D The perspective and geometrical side comes from working in marquetry and the CNC programming Mike. About 25 years ago I did a marquetry series I called "Tunnel vision" and I was hooked on perspective. Along came PC's, what a blast M8t. :D

My daughter is getting there Michael, 15 and sees totally differently. Just love to watch what she does. Sound familiar Michael  So nothing special Mike, a necessity sometimes but mostly for fun :D Self taught so no rules to follow.

All the best folks, thanks but just button pushing this end. Nature is the master.

Danny.

Very, very, very unique.
I'd have to say if I were to rate this painting on a scale of a 1 to 10 I would give it a 10 and two thumbs way up.
