Went to Short Beach Wednesday evening with JimmyG. The weather was not on our side, VERY overcast, dark and the wind coming from the wrong way for flight shots. I did get one or 2 though and had some good company! 8)

I know I should add a little canvas to the bottom but way to hot and lazy today! :?

D2x, 200-400VR@ 300mm, ISO 400, 1/1000, f5, Ev = 0, ITTL fill Flash, Hand Held, slight crop from left.

Nice pose George. I'd lighten it up a bit.

Pretty flight shot. Lazy or not -- it is amazing what two minutes using curves in Photoshop can do when you have lighting like this. Hope you don't mind my two minutes worth.

Excellent shot George--really like the wing position and its catch.
