Ok, I'm just posting this one for the fun. This a frame from by brother's camcorder so you'll have to excuse the poor image quality.
Obviously my brother was with his lens on the wider end, because my nose is not that big (actually I'm a lot prettier) I usually don't catch wild animals, but I wanted to identify this snake and to show it to my daughters who actually like to pet every creature on Hearth. He was released in the exact same spot, only a couple of minutes after being captured. It's a Malpolon monspesulanus (Eastern Montpelier snake) the biggest european snake that can reaches over 8 feet, and it´s a semi-poisonous snake, but since it´s small fangs are back in it's jaws (opistoglifa) it´s only slightly dangerous if you stick your finger down his throat (which I haven't ). Thanks for looking. |
