A note: Resizing and compressing seems to have picked up a small halo and a bit of aliasing which are not in the full sized version :)

First of all, love it Harvey! :)
Studying it a little further now and not knowing what your surroundings were, I think (if I could have) moved a bit towards the right bringing in a little more of the leaves & stem in the upper right into the frame a bit more. It looks fine as is, but seems sort of "blunt or sudden" and maybe could be more of a graceful entry into the frame.
Cropping a bit from the left would make up for that maybe.

Cloning out that stem in the bottom right corner would I think pull my eye right dead center to where it needs to be, ................ right on the beauty that you captured! :)

Gotta love it!

Very nice - I actually like the upper right hand corner element.

Harvey, nice image. The plant part in the UR is a pleasant add to the image. The skipper is nicely caught.

One of your best. It looks as if it's a painting.

I agree that this has a painterly effect. Very pretty and I love the pastels.

Nice, Harvey. I like the somewhat unusual composition here, but want to see just a bit more of the lower plant. That's not a nit, just my own observation. I like the plant in the upper right, and the skipper looks good, too!
