 CANON 100-500RF @ 300mm F7.1@ 1/1000 ISO 640 This Hummingbird was approaching a Lucifer plant, during its brief flowering time in the Summer. ( Adult female or possibly a juvenile Hummingbird). Orange or red coloured flowers are generally the preference, although they will sometimes feed at flowering plants producing other colours, as well. Province of Ontario, Canada, image- July, 2023.
