Encountered this brief mating behaviour for these 2 butterflies.
The body contortion to get to shoot the pair is rather excruciating but I am glad I at least get a record of it. 1/200, f13, 90D, 180Canon, ETTL -2/3, Manual focussing, handholding approach, slight crop. Wish the bg is uniform smooth type but the environment makes it impossible. Still, for what its worth, just sharing, Comments welcome. mating Peacock Pansies by Darren, on Flickr |
