While it may not be the prettiest of the helleborine family, the poor "stinking hellebore" is one of the earliest heralds of spring in our area, and as such always a welcome sight.

Hi John, we're very happy with the new 105 macro lens.. it's a stunning performer...and hoping that Nikon will follow on with a new 200mm or 70-180mm macro lens as hinted at in a recent interview.

It seems like a large plant, I like its shape. Very well captured, I really like how it stands out against the dark background
and how it is surrounded by the darker leaves at the bottom.
