A dismal stretch of cloudy winter weather in the PNW, however I did get a couple hours of clear sky a few weeks ago and shot good old M42 with a new scope/camera combo.
I never get tired of the Great Orion nebula.
2 hours in Bortle 8 sky.
Williams z81 scope, Zwo2600mc camera, Radian filter.
PP in Pixinsight.

Now here's me thinking the M42 was the old Praktika mount! This is great work Dan. Stunning.

Thanks John, Not really star reduction but there is a processing genius, RC Astro, that
has developed amazing AI software that Pixinsight has incorporated,
It makes traditional processing seem like 19th century,
Blurexterminator, Noiseexterminator and Starexterminator.
Amazing stuff.
