Lone Pine

An oldie....;)

I found this lone pine on a hike in the Jura foothills .... unfortunately the background was awful...a desolate camp site...so I had to wait for a mist to shroud the view across the valley...and hike up to my chosen vantage point before it dissipated by the rising sun.

Image made with Hasselblad 503 and 80mm Distagon Zeiss lens on Fuji Velvia.... E-6 self processed with Jobo / Tetenal in our basement darkroom...


Scan processed with PS and enhanced with Topaz Gigapixel.

The twisted one well the pine is nice to bad about the background
