Yes, it's the same discount as you get in their loyality program for the first 12 months if you had bought C1-23 before February. So you need to decide, if you use the new discount code until November 13rd or the one of the loyality program in your account. It looks like it doesn't matter for the future which one you choose.. For new customers, the new offer is the only option, of course. I guess there will be another discount offer for Black Friday, though, but I don't think that it will be more than 40% again.

Important to note is that if you are month to month, it only applies to one month. It's more beneficial to do a yearly subscription or a license.
