A Leopardess washes down a recent Impala kill.

Nth Serengeti- TZ.

I fly out tomorrow for another 3 week Serengeti trip and will refuse to let a retinal tear kibosh my plans.

(Fortunately everything has been progressing well.On my return I have another operation to remove the oil in my left eye, thank heavens it wasn't my right as that's my viewfinder eye!)

Wishing you the very best outcome for your eye and your forthcoming trip, Marc.

I love the eyes in this wonderful capture of the drinking Leopardess. There is something about big cats eyes that just draws you right in. A beauty!

Carol.

Love, love, love the eye contact! I believe that this would also be powerful as a vertical, cropped a few inches above the ears. So nice!
