A mother Black Rhino and her sub adult calf enjoy the morning sunrise on the plains of Kenya. Mother and calf will stay together for the first 3+ yrs.

A very evocative image, Marc. To get them lined up like this in silhouette was a great achievement. Their numbers have made an amazing comeback over the last few years but they remain critically endangered, as you well know.
