Out on an early morning game drive I noticed this cat hunting in the open and seeking out puddles left from the previous nights rain. Initially we were quite a distance away from this cat, but looking further up track I saw an intersecting road about 500 meters away and asked the driver to reposition the vehicle in hopes of getting closer. After a brief wait the cat walked right in front of us.
