Fringed Midge Orchid Genoplesium fimbriatum
This midge orchid is reasonably common around Sydney, the labellum trembles in the slightest breeze, which can make shooting a challenge. This one has a pollinator on the plant with pollinia stuck to it's head - second open flower from top on RHS.
