It was 2007 when I saw and photographed these birds in the same trees same spot. Even more interesting to me that I first met a gentleman there, a professional nature photographer whom I heard the name of and saw his wonderful images in publications but never met in person up until then.
Eleven years later the same trees, the same rare bird and the same gentleman who joined us a little bit later. He is older now, but still going strong, still carries the heavy canon 500 lens and tripod. His work has been very inspirational to me. Thanks for looking.
