I will be heading to Belize for two weeks in Feb. Have been told that there is lots of wildlife to photograph. I will be taking my gear, but my question is, does anyone have contact resources for tours or areas that are better then others.. Jaguars and other cats are possible when googled.. Again some tours are better then others, would just like to hear from some of you that have been there... Would like to be steered in the right direction. Thanks in advance..

Chanchich is a great place to spend a week - lots of birds, frogs, ocelots, and maybe jaguars.

Lamani is also very good.  Great guides at both places.

Thanks Douglas, I will check this out. I already have a place that I'm staying, just looking for tours to take, and for contact info for these tours.. Do you know Douglas if they do day tours out of these places you have mentioned?

I don't know what either offers for folks that are not staying with them, but they have lots of options, both long and short tours, for visitors at the respective lodges.
