The USFW&S has released its killing plan for Cormorants at the mouth of the Columbia River.  Caused by the Bureau of Reclamation creation of Sand Island in its dredging project, the birds have ideal nesting habitat...why is Sand Island not taken out?  I am sure Fish and Wildlife will be in court trying to explain their bad science but the nation needs to know how this agency constantly pits "good" species against "bad ones".
