Another from the autumn trip to RMNP. This is one of the most incredible rainbows I have ever seen and it lasted for the better part of three hours. At one point it even became a full double rainbow. Unfortunately I didn't have a wide enough lens to get it all in.
This elk was cooperative enough to pose with the rainbow before bedding with his cows under a nearby tree. Kind of a cool shot and not something you see every day! Specs: EOS 3 - EF 70-200 f/4 - 1/350 @ f/8 - Fuji Velvia @ 80 - Eval @ 0 - Handheld  Les Voorhis
