It would be nice to put a small calibration band at the bottom of gallery pages so folks can adjust brightness contrast when viewing images.

Sounds like a good idea to me, though I'm not sure how much support there is for the idea. Of course it would take up space and real estate is dear. We'll put it on the list of potential upgrades. :)
