I keep getting kicked out with a "not the right kind of document" bar reverting me back to Photoshop screen. Any clues as to what I need to do differently? Thanks

We'll need a bit more information to trace the issue. Useful information would include:
  • Browser being used (and version)
  • Operating system
  • Type of file (PNG, JPG, etc.)
  • URL that's failing
Thanks.

I am a paid member, so I'm trying to post directly from my computer, not a URL. I'm using Explorer (64 bit) as the browser. I'm using Windows 7 on a PC. I'm trying to load a jpeg that's within the new limits size-wise and only 350 KB's.

Which version of Internet Explorer is being used?

I've managed to test with IE9, Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Opera on the test site with success.

Updates for IE9 are in place. I've tested them with both remote-hosted images and direct uploads with success. Please try your uploads again.
