Great work Jerry. I had a fleeting glimpse of a bobcat in California once and it was all over in a just a few seconds. You did well here.. Thanks for sharing the experience.

Like Dennis, my only encounters with wild bobcats have lasted less time than it took for me to figure out what I had just seen. Nice job catching this guy in the open.

This image has great mood.

From what I've read here, it looks like it´s tough to watch this cats in the wild in USA. If so I was very fortunate to make a good observation during a 13 day trip to Florida a few years ago.
I guess they were easier to spot there because they were constantly scouting the surroundings of the captive breed whooping crane facilities (were I was).
