Congratulations! This is the Image of the Week selection for the Landscapes Gallery, week ending 20th January, 2012!I love this formation for what it is, and I am still trying to find different comps. Let me know if this works.

It is a sweet formation, Jon. Love the tonality here...gorgeous. I might clone that tree that's stickiing up in the left side...

I really like this one!
Love the water and the light on that "mud"!!!!
Comp wise...it would be nicer without the cut-off rocks on the left...But, as you say , there may be plenty of different comp opportunities here...

Impressive. Great rock formations. Might try somewhat warmer tones. Is it possible to get a wider view in this place?

I think it works really well! I am certainly not an expert, but I actually like that little tree...in any event that is a very cool formation & I like all the textures/colors.
