Congratulations! This is the Image of the Week selection for the Photo and Digital Art Gallery, week ending 2nd December, 2011!Here is a Great White Egret flying over me. The original shot was nice but it was a very coudly day so the background was very white. The bird didnt stand out very much. I went ahead and converted the image to infra-red using channel mixer in CS5 and then I created a second layer and applied the fractalius plug in. I applied a reverse mask on the top layer and gradually masked some of the areas of the birds head to show a bit of the original.
