Winter Park, Florida

D1x, VR70-200, handheld, posted from laptop.

Winter Park, a suburb of Orlando, experienced up to 107 mph (170 kph) wind Friday night during hurricane Charley. Thousands of large trees were knocked down in Central Florida and many homes were seriously damaged. It is hard to guage from this photo but these are very large trees, about 45 ft tall.

Question: Do I need releases to post images of identifiable tree-damaged homes on NSN?

From my understanding you need no release of persons or property unless you intend to sell the images for money. You need to bump up the saturation + 10 on your laptop
