Bull Frog
Hornsby Bend near Austin TX

I was visiting Hornsby last year. Birds weren't too plentiful, so we checked out the greenhouse.

Froggy was there presiding over the tree frogs and spiders.

Good pose and colors, but looks fairly soft on my monitor.

The same colour as our English Froggies Jim!!

Nice close up of the golden eye, but it does appear a little soft on my PC. 8) :)

Nice photo the reveals the texture of this critter's skin. I also like the composition. I'm always fascinated to see the eyes of animals, as they are often so different than ours. Do I not see your flash and the greenhouse window frames in this eye?

Cheers,
ben
