I've recently returned from a short trip in the east coast. Here is a link to some of the images I took there. You'll find photographs of DC, Shenendoah NP, Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky Mountains NP, and Cape Cod. I've also thrown in 4 or 5 images from my recent trip to the Columbia River Gorge. I hope you enjoy them.

BTW, This is a temporary site I'm using until I have a chance to upload the images to my web site.

Be sure to click on the "original" link to view the image in it's best resolution/detail. Thanks for looking!

Here's a teaser to what you'll find at the site :)

Thanks, EJ. This was from Clingman's Dome @ the Smokies.

That's what I thought but couldn't be sure because Clingmans was so hazy the whole time I was there that you couldn't ever see anything - Mortons was awesome though.

Thanks, Mike! Yes that is a little crescentic moon, not very well seen at this resolution and JPEG compression. You can even see Venus at the upper left corner, if you look hard enough :)
