Taken in the Maldives, I wanted to try and do something different compared to the usual white fluffy clouds.
I like the way the sand sweeps into the image, and the way there is a bit of movment in the wave as it breaks on the shore

The thumbnail looked good but the larger image did not display when I clicked on it. :(

Now that Ken fixed the display issue, I like the color and scene. Unfortunately the horizon line here is right smack dab in the middle which essentially slices the image in half.

I fixed the image display problem.

Nice image. I like the composition. The central horizon is nice and I like the sweep of the sandy beach.

I love the pastel colors here and the dark clouds are a nice touch for something different. I also like the sweep of the beach. My biggest nit is the horizon isn't quite level. This is certainly a pleasant composition but I see numerous other possibilities here placing the horizon much higher or much lower for a more dramatic effect.

While the horizon being slightly off is a nit I'd have to say that my biggest nit is that it appears slightly out of focus overall. I would like to hope that it is just a problem with your workflow to get it online as everything else about the image is superb IMO.

A little soft and I think it would be better with less sky. The sweep of sand is great and good on you for trying something different.

I think its a nice scene. I would prefer it to be level and the horizon to not be dead center.
