Image shot yesterday at Ding Darling. I found a few yellowlegs mixed in with some shorebirds and it was a challenge trying to isolate them. To make it even harder, it started to rain lightly. Suddenly, all birds but these two flew off, which now made my job a bit easier. The light was very low, and because of the rain, I decided to skip using flash. I waited until both birds appreared in my viewfinder and fired off a few shots. I still don't know why these birds stayed and the others flew away, but I'd like to believe Nature was sending me another gift.
