I would like to see who can identify this just for fun.

Canon 10D, Sigma 180mm macro. I'll look up the details on this later.

Almost looks like some part of a plant, (roots or something) that is dried up in some mud.
Love the abstract look, the colors, and the comp that you have for this one!

Super abstract - the detail is great. Maybe a carrot cross section? Colors aren't quite like a carrot, though.

Everyone who said this was cool was actually close. It is frost on my window. I did use the blue/gold polarizer on this one but have gotten just about any color imaginable with just transillumination at different times of day, etc. The patterns are quite endless and interesting. I'm ready for spring now.
